Crown of Europe — One Expedition, Many Summits
On 17 January, I had the pleasure of speaking at POSK in London about my expedition Crown of Europe — a journey in which I set out on one continuous adventure to reach the highest peaks across Europe. It was an evening full of great energy, thoughtful questions, and conversations that stayed with me long after the event ended.
During the talk, I took everyone through the story from the beginning — the planning and logistics, the constant movement between countries, and the moments in the mountains when reality checks every decision: your route, your mindset, and your preparation. We also touched on the behind-the-scenes side of the expedition — what a day on the road really looks like, how decisions are made in difficult conditions, and why, in a project like this, safety, consistency, and clear thinking matter more than speed.
For me, Crown of Europe is not only about summits — it’s also about storytelling and imagery. I shared photos and footage from the journey, because this project is more than a list of mountains: it’s a story about determination, staying focused through fatigue, solitude in motion, and those unforgettable moments you can’t fully capture in a single sentence.
What made me happiest was what happened after the presentation — the chats, the congratulations, the specific questions, and the support. Thank you to everyone who came, listened, and shared the evening with me. POSK has a truly special atmosphere, and that night proved how meaningful these meetings can be.
Korona Europy: moja podróż przez najwyższe szczyty Europy
17 stycznia w POSK-u w Londynie miałem ogromną przyjemność opowiedzieć o projekcie Korona Europy – wyprawie, w której wyruszyłem w jedną, ciągłą podróż po najwyższe szczyty Europy. To było spotkanie pełne energii, pytań i rozmów, które zostają w głowie na długo po wyjściu z sali.
Podczas prezentacji zabrałem Was od pierwszych kroków i decyzji organizacyjnych, przez logistykę przemieszczania się między krajami, aż po momenty, w których warunki w górach weryfikują wszystko: plan, przygotowanie i nastawienie. Była przestrzeń na kulisy – jak wygląda dzień w trasie, jak podejmuje się decyzje w terenie i co jest ważniejsze niż „tempo”: bezpieczeństwo, konsekwencja i chłodna głowa.
Nie zabrakło też tego, co dla mnie w tym projekcie równie istotne jak zdobywanie szczytów: opowieści i obrazów. Pokazałem zdjęcia i materiały z drogi, bo Korona Europy to nie tylko lista gór, ale historia o determinacji, samotności w ruchu, zmęczeniu, zachwytach i momentach, które trudno opisać jednym zdaniem.
Najbardziej ucieszyło mnie to, co wydarzyło się po prezentacji – rozmowy w kuluarach, gratulacje, konkretne pytania i wsparcie. Dziękuję każdej osobie, która przyszła, słuchała, dopytywała i dodała mi motywacji do kolejnych etapów tej historii. POSK ma wyjątkową atmosferę, a tego wieczoru naprawdę było czuć, że takie spotkania mają sens.
